About Me.
With more than two decades of experience as a doctor in the NHS, my professional life has been rooted in supporting people through some of their most complex, vulnerable, and transformative moments. My background spans general practice, psychiatry, and addiction medicine, and I now work as a Senior Medical Officer leading multidisciplinary teams in the field of recovery. These years have shaped a grounded, compassionate, and deeply human approach to change — one that honours both the science of the body and the lived reality of being human.
Alongside clinical practice, I hold a Master’s degree with distinction in Clinical Education and have spent many years teaching, mentoring, and supporting doctors and students. Education, reflection, and leadership are central to how I work; I’m less interested in simply giving people information and far more committed to helping them think, feel, and grow in ways that create lasting transformation.
Movement, embodiment, and physical challenge have always been part of my life. As a qualified personal trainer, marathon runner, and long‑distance cyclist, I’ve learned first-hand what resilience, identity, and sustainable motivation truly require. My time as the Royal College of General Practitioners’ Clinical Fellow in Nutrition for Health further deepened my understanding of lifestyle, wellbeing, and the interconnectedness of body and mind.
More recently, I trained as an EMCC‑accredited coach and began weaving together my medical expertise, somatic training, and lived experience as a woman, mother, and leader. My coaching now focuses on helping high‑functioning professionals who feel stuck in cycles of stress, burnout, or addictive coping to reconnect with their bodies, restore their wellbeing, and create meaningful, sustainable change.
My approach is somatic, evidence‑informed, and deeply compassionate. I support clients to understand their patterns without shame, regulate their nervous system, rebuild their energy, and design a life that feels aligned rather than overwhelming. I believe wellbeing isn’t about perfection or optimisation — it’s about awareness, agency, and learning how to work with yourself rather than against yourself. I work with people who are ready to invest in their growth, who want to feel more grounded and fulfilled, and who are seeking a more embodied, intentional way of living. My role is to offer clarity, challenge, and support in equal measure — helping clients move from coping to choice, from burnout to balance, and from disconnection to a more integrated, empowered sense of self.
